Your one-hour consultation appointment with either attorney Kyle Barscewski or attorney Steve Henry is always thorough and complete. Your consultation appointment will include a review of children’s issues, if any, and will discuss possible parenting time scheduling arrangements. The division of assets and debts in a divorce matter will also be reviewed. Child support and spousal maintenance calculations may be provided if sufficient information is available. At the conclusion of your consultation appointment with Mr. Barscewski or Mr. Henry, you will likely have a strong idea of how Kansas law would be applied to your particular case, the legal issues involved, and the various processes available to you in resolving your family law matter. Your appointment will be well worth the consultation fee.

Retaining the firm after an initial consultation
